Hi Dbabu Typically, universities in the USA will provide Research Assistantships for PhD students. However, there are other organizations that support Masters and PhD students. One of these is Commonwealth Scholarships, supporting the countries of the Commonwealth. I can suggest a stucture to begin looking.
1. State agencies
2. Government Agencies
3. University
4. Private organizations
5. International bodies e.g., UN
A structured search will provide grants. Has anyone obtained a list like this?
