I am conducting some studies in medical Research, with particular reference to epidemiology, and would like to know what are the best journals and sources to assist with my studies. Will be grateful for any assistance in this regard.

MyNetResearch has a Journal Selection Guide in it's Toolbox designed to solve your problem. We have information on thousands of journals stored in our database and you can narrow them down based on various criteria. Check out the Journal Selection Guide at this link:
